I have a sensitive digestive system. My solution was to not eat, but that left me susceptible to everything that came along. I'm a Pineal type, so I need to eat the bulk of my protein before 2:00 p.m., since this is when my body can assimilate it. Eating this way makes all the difference in the world in how I feel.
- Judy L. - San Diego, CA
The diet system Dr. Mein recommended for me and my family has enlightened me. I used to be very concerned about my daughter's eating habits. She's a Kidney type; I'm a Gonadal type. Understanding our differences allows me to prepare meals that work for us both.
